Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to provide safer and faster shipping options wherever you live.

When the total order at the checkout is less than $50, you (customer) have to add $25 for shipping.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

What are your shipping and processing times? 

Standard shipping times :

Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon-Sat.

We process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Shipping Method: DHL/USPS/FedEx/Dpex/TNT.

USA and Canada: 2-5 days 

Oceania: 3-5 days 

Europe: 3-5 days 

Latin America: 3-5 days 

Africa: 4-7 days 

Processing times 

Orders can sometimes take 6-24 hours to process after placing the order before shipping out.  

Where can I find my tracking number?  

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.  

If you have not received one or the tracking number is not working, it is okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Shipping Fee: Shipping is free worldwide

Please Noticed:

We don't process orders on Sunday because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.

Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.

Orders will only be retained for 5 working days after submission when the phone number is missing, or the address is incomplete. Longer than that, the order will be canceled, and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and contact number when you place an order.
