Can the hair be colored /dyed?

When you wash the hair, better to brush it first. Use warm water and hair shampoo to wash twice. Then put the hair conditioner equally on the hair for 5 minutes. Then wash it with cleaning water. A hair conditioner is very necessary every time when you wash your hair! We suggest you use a high-quality hair conditioner. If you want to blow your hair dry, please blow to 80% dry, then keep the rest 20% to naturally dry, by this way, it will keep your hair away from drying and frizzy! When you feel the hair is very dry, you can spray some hair oil. Meanwhile, when you wash the hair, you can pour little hair care oil into warm water , and put the hair inside that warm water for 10 minutes around. The hair will be more silk and soft comparing before. But we don’t suggest you use hair oil every day. Because hair oil may make your hair strands dry and hard! If you want to get your hair curls back, better to use crimping iron to curl the hair according to its original curl shape again!

What is the quality of our hair?

Seyna Hair offer two types of hair, Brazilian, Peruvian, Malaysian Virgin Hair and Indian Remy Hair. They are natural 100% human hair and they’re collected directly from healthy donors in virgin condition. After collecting the hair our hair technicians will rinse the hair and handpick out short, damage and grey strands for women are in need of best and superior quality.Brazilian hair is Thickness, Natural Shine, Luxurious, Durability. Our Brazilian hair is one of the best textures for African American women. Brazilian hair is a bit thicker and coarser than Indian hair, just flat out fabulous. Malaysian Hair is one of the highest quality hair available on the market. It has not been colored, dyed, bleached, or chemically processed in anyway. So this hair can be washed, blow dried, bleached, colored, and curled & styled with heated tools when you receive it. Our Indian Remy Hair is chemically processed to compact the hair cuticles to ensure the hair is completely tangle-free and has a natural soft and silky appearance. You can wash it, curled it and style it. However, we do not recommend that you do any bleaching and coloring. This hair is already processed and any further processing will damage the hair quality. NOTE: No matter how good our hair quality is, please DON’T style it or dye it too frequently, the heat or chemical will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

What color does the hair come in?

Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors, which are usually natural black to darkest brown. You can leave your comment at the time of purchase what color you would prefer, and we will TRY to match that the best we can. We do not guarantee color matching.

What is the difference between 360 wig and full lace wig?

Both 360 wig and the full lace wig are the whole wig. 360 wig is used pre plucked 360 frontal with bundles to sew in a whole wig. The lace is around from the forehead to the back of the head, but not include the middle head. When you put upward the hair, you can see a little track, which doesn't effect usage. When we install the hair, we will put down the hair then we can't see the tracks. It can be put in bun and ponytail, that's why it is called breathable and pre plucked. Full lace wig is full lace all around the head. It can't see the tracks, but also can be put in a bun and ponytail. No matter you choose the best full lace wigs or the best 360 lace wigs, they both have some common advantages that will make your purchase more valuable.

What is a Full Lace Wig?

Our Full lace wigs are manufactured with a cap, and a thin lace is sewn on top of the cap. Individual hairs are then sewn into the thin lace. Full lace wigs will have lace all around the unit and require the lace to be cut all around the unit. You will be cutting a hairline around your entire head. By doing so, once done you can wear your hair any way you like, ponytails, up-dos, etc. Think about it. With the wig, you have just cut yourself a new hairline around your entire head. Once the unit is applied, you will have on a full hair wig - but the front, back, and sides of the hair wig will not be like a regular wig. The wig will appear that all of the hair is growing directly from your head.

Can your wig use glueless? Can I make ponytail or bun?

You can try to use it with glue or without glue but use glue will be natural looking. Some sisters don't use glue their hair is secured with a custom strap and comb in the back and got 2 be glued spray, it doesn't move at all, very secure, and you can choose got 2b glue gel (black bottle). About the ponytail or bun, yes, you can make it, no problem.

What is the difference between the undetectable full lace wig and the full lace wig?

The undetectable full lace wig is a full lace wig with the special Top Swiss Lace (transparent). The full lace wig is Swiss Lace, which comes in medium brown. It is already bleached based on the guarantee of the hair not shedding. For the undetectable full lace wig, it is Top Swiss Lace, which comes in light brown. It's a high-quality silk base below the undetectable lace wig, then don't need to wear a stocking cap or put foundation before installing, that's more convenient and natural. Most sisters prefer it, that's why we make it look like that. We can't provide the bleaching service because of the silk base. If you still want to bleach the lace by yourself or your hairstylist or you don't like the silk base, you can cut it off slightly.

Can I go swimming with a wig?

Yes, you can go for a swim with the wig. When swimming, we suggest wearing a swimming cap. Because the seawater or pool water is not good for hair, it will make the hair tangle and rough. It`s better to wash it with warm water, with hair shampoo and hair conditioner after swimming.

Is your wig/hair getting tangled or shedding?

It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Brazilian virgin hair Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions. If the hair is wavy or curly style, we don't suggest combing it. If you must, please comb it with hands or wide teeth brush gently. A tight teeth brush will ruin the hair's original shape and make it fizzy and feels like a tangle! Please always comb the hair from the ends and work your way up. When you dye the hair with bleach powder, please control the time within 5 minutes. If you dye it with dye cream, you need to control the time within 20 minutes. Otherwise, the hair will be damaged by cream if you leave it too long there, which will lead to shedding. When sleeping, please bond the hair with an elastic band or wear a cap. It will avoid tangling or shapes changing. After waking up, please remove the band and comb through beginning at the ends and working your way up to the roots.

How many bundles do I need for a sew-in?

It depends on the size of your head, the type of hair you want to rock, the length you’re going for, and where you’d like to be on the scale of natural to full-on diva. We recommend a minimum of 3 bundles for a full head sew-in. But the final decision will depend on four things: the size of your head, the texture of hair you want to rock, the length, and the look you’re trying to achieve.
